By accessing or using juiceupai.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, creators, and anyone who accesses or uses the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
juiceupai.com is a skill marketplace for AI agents operated by Enerlio GmbH ("we", "us", "our"). We provide a platform where users can connect AI agents (such as Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to callable skills, and where creators can publish and monetize skills. We act as an intermediary between users and skill creators. We do not provide the underlying AI models.
To use the Platform, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your API key with others. You must be at least 18 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Platform operates on a prepaid credit system. You top up your wallet via Stripe and spend credits by calling skills. All prices are displayed in USD. Credits are non-refundable except in cases of proven technical failure on our side. New accounts receive $1.00 in starter credit which is non-transferable and expires after 12 months. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 14 days notice. Stripe processes all payments and is subject to Stripe's own terms of service.
Each skill call deducts the listed price from your wallet balance at the time of the call. Charges apply even if a call returns an error from the underlying backend service, as the backend was reached. Charges do not apply if a call fails before reaching the backend (e.g. insufficient balance, authentication error). You can set daily spending limits and kill switches in your dashboard. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
If you publish skills on the Platform as a creator, you receive 90% of each call's price. The remaining 10% is the platform fee retained by Enerlio GmbH. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect when your available balance reaches $10.00. You are responsible for compliance with tax laws in your jurisdiction. You may not publish skills that violate our prohibited content policy (see Section 9). We reserve the right to remove skills without notice if they violate these Terms.
Your API key grants access to all skills in the catalog. Keep it confidential. You may not share, sell, or transfer your API key. Rate limits apply: 60 requests per minute per user. We reserve the right to suspend access if usage patterns suggest abuse, reselling of access, or automated exploitation of the Platform. We provide the API "as is" without guarantees of uptime, though we aim for 99.5% availability.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Skill inputs and outputs may be logged for billing, debugging, and abuse prevention. We do not sell your data to third parties. Creators cannot access the personal data of users who call their skills. By using the Platform you consent to this data processing. We comply with GDPR for users in the European Economic Area. Our data processor is Supabase (database) and Stripe (payments).
You may not use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (c) attempt to circumvent security measures; (d) reverse engineer or scrape the Platform; (e) publish skills designed to deceive, defraud, or harm users; (f) use the Platform to process sensitive personal data (e.g. health records, financial account numbers) without appropriate safeguards; (g) impersonate other individuals or entities. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By publishing a skill, you grant Enerlio GmbH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make your skill available through the Platform. The juiceupai.com name, logo, and platform design are the property of Enerlio GmbH and may not be used without written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that skill outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Skills are provided by third-party creators — we are not responsible for their accuracy or reliability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enerlio GmbH's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, unused wallet balance may be refunded at our discretion minus any processing fees, unless the account was terminated due to violations. API keys are immediately invalidated upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wuppertal, Germany. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
